About Me
I have committed myself to meeting clients where they are and providing a safe environment for individuals to process and embrace their authentic selves. I pride myself on providing a non-judgmental environment where individuals can truly express them selves openly.
I offer individual appts with adults as well as a comprehensive DBT program that includes individual sessions and DBT skills group with phone coaching. I also offer DBT skills group for individuals that are established and engaged in therapy with other therapists.
My style for individual sessions can vary to accommodate client needs. I work on meeting individuals where they are. I do lean into relational and behavioral therapy as well as psychodynamic/talk therapy while pulling from various tools in my repertoire. I often work from a trauma informed perspective as well as pulling from mindfulness, family systems and DBT. I specialize in the treatment of complex childhood trauma, dissociative disorders, attachment and abandonment issues, self-harm and self-regulation issues, as well as individuals who struggle with Borderline Personality Disorder. I also have a vast experience from depression, bipolar and anxiety to adjustment disorders and stages of life changes.
